Pediatrician

Growing pediatrics group seeking to add a family medicine physician for the practice in St. Petersburg, Florida. The clinician we seek is that who practices medicine with a focus on acute and post-acute care while working closely with other facilities to prevent readmission to hospitals. The PCP will also work jointly with the applicable managers and medical directors to ensure compliance with guidelines along with participating in risk and quality management programs and clinical meetings as required that promote patient health and company goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Active Florida Medical license
• Board Certified
• Managed Care experience preferred

Preferences

• Working knowledge of basic primary care principles, theory and practice and ability to stay current with recent developments.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to interact and communicate professionally and effectively with patients, staff, and family members.
• Computer literate, Eclinical Works EMR experience
