Job Description

A New York-based investment firm is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, operates with discretion, and anticipates needs before they arise.

Salary: $130-150K

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

Schedule: The role is on-site five days per week

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day executive support including complex calendar and travel management
  • Monitor and manage CEO’s inbox, prioritize requests, and draft communications
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep the CEO organized with to-do lists, reminders, and proactive time management
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO and teams, investors, and external partners
  • Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Support occasional personal logistics and tasks to streamline the CEO’s day

Qualifications:

  • Must have 10+ years of experience supporting a CEO or C-suite executive, ideally within financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other modern collaboration tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively under pressure
  • Strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a calm, professional demeanor
