A hospital in dynamic Wisconsin seeks an Interim Pharmacy Manager to support their leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Pharmacy Manager to lead a strong team in a popular area.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Ancillary Services, the Interim Pharmacy Manager will be the primary Pharmacy Leader for the hospital and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical leaders. Key responsibilities include:

·        Oversee daily operations of Inpatient, Outpatient, Retail, and 340B pharmacy services

·        Supervise and mentor a team of 14 Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians

·        Develop and implement pharmaceutical policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements

·        Ensure proper medication storage, preparation, and dispensing according to established protocols

·        Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes

·        Oversee medication safety initiatives and quality improvement programs

·        Manage pharmacy budget and financial performance metrics

·        Participate in hospital committees related to medication use and safety

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal Interim Pharmacy Manager will possess:

·        Experience leading 340B programming and outpatient clinics

·        At least 3 years of acute care Pharmacy leadership experience

·        Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and strategic growth
