Job Description

Title: Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of front office operations, including vendor relations, space planning, and building maintenance coordination
  • Oversee inventory of supplies and refreshments, manage kitchen/pantry stock, and handle weekly catering and event logistics
  • Support employee onboarding by coordinating desk setup, access credentials, and welcome materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate office events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives
  • Serve as the central point of contact for facility-related needs across offices in New York and remote satellite hubs
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, visitor access procedures, and internal security standards
  • Partner with IT for support with AV systems and office hardware

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in office management or facilities oversight, ideally in financial services, fintech, or high-growth environments
  • Prior experience working in high-end office buildings or Class A properties strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster a welcoming and professional environment
  • Highly organized and resourceful; capable of managing multiple priorities independently
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
