Job Description

Title: Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary lead for all real estate and facilities operations across domestic office locations, including coworking and leased spaces
  • Oversee build-outs, relocations, and office expansions, ensuring alignment with company growth and design standards
  • Lead lease negotiations and vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental protocols
  • Develop and implement facilities strategies that support employee engagement and cost-effective space utilization
  • Supervise the day-to-day management of kitchen services, cleaning vendors, supply ordering, and general building upkeep
  • Drive space planning and workplace layout in collaboration with business leaders and internal stakeholders
  • Gather and report on metrics related to space efficiency, employee satisfaction, and operational costs
  • Oversee event logistics for in-office activities and collaborate with the People team on larger employee engagement events
  • Maintain detailed project schedules and manage construction budgets for renovations and expansions
  • Manage facility vendor relationships across cleaning, security, HVAC, maintenance, and catering functions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience managing corporate office facilities, ideally in environments with 250+ professional employees
  • Experience leading office construction or renovation projects in Class A commercial buildings
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards, lease negotiation, and facilities-related procurement
  • Strong project management and vendor oversight skills, with a proven track record in fast-growth environments
  • Experience with hybrid and coworking space strategies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and internal project tracking systems
  • Background in fintech, financial services, or a trading environment is a plus
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
