Job Description

Location: Remote – Must reside in the Tampa, FL area

Title: Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects who have previously shown interest in the platform (warm leads only—no cold calling)
  • Articulate the value of the service offering and encourage platform enrollment
  • Nurture prospective client relationships through consistent and professional follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal onboarding teams to ensure seamless new user setup
  • Track activity in CRM tools and contribute to pipeline development
  • Meet or exceed daily outreach metrics and conversion goals

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or business development
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient with CRM software and virtual communication tools
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or tech industries preferred
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Candidate must provide their own computer during the temp period (a company device will be provided upon permanent hire)
