Location: Remote – Must reside in the Tampa, FL area
Title: Business Development Representative
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects who have previously shown interest in the platform (warm leads only—no cold calling)
- Articulate the value of the service offering and encourage platform enrollment
- Nurture prospective client relationships through consistent and professional follow-up
- Collaborate with internal onboarding teams to ensure seamless new user setup
- Track activity in CRM tools and contribute to pipeline development
- Meet or exceed daily outreach metrics and conversion goals
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or business development
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
- Proficient with CRM software and virtual communication tools
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or tech industries preferred
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Candidate must provide their own computer during the temp period (a company device will be provided upon permanent hire)
