Job Description
Title: Receptionist
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (9-hour shift with daily OT expected)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and clients warmly upon arrival and coordinate with internal contacts for timely reception
- Manage the main phone line, redirecting calls and taking accurate messages as needed
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area; ensure conference rooms are fully prepped for meetings
- Oversee guest logistics, including visitor registration, meal orders, and beverage service
- Receive mail and deliveries; notify appropriate teams promptly
- Support the facilities team with supply inventory and restocking across kitchen and office areas
- Assist with general administrative tasks and overflow work from adjacent departments
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in a professional office setting; previous front desk or hospitality experience a plus
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
