Job Description

Operations Analyst (Loans/CLO Asset Management, with Structured Credit Expertise) – Locations: Dallas or Houston TX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret transaction and credit documentation across diverse financial products
  • Develop cash flow and payment models for internal and external reporting systems
  • Prepare, review, and validate a variety of performance and compliance reports
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies through data mapping and reconciliation processes
  • Conduct rigorous quality control reviews to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Establish and refine performance indicators and quality benchmarks
  • Oversee execution of financial events, ensuring timely notification and communication

Core Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a finance-related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship

Preferred Expertise:

  • In-depth understanding of structured finance transactions, including various asset types
  • Strong command of syndicated loan settlement procedures and related systems
  • Hands-on experience with compliance modeling for structured credit instruments
  • Proficient in Office tools, particularly with strong Excel capabilities
  • Effective communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments; excels at analytical problem solving
  • Skilled at managing competing deadlines and balancing multiple deliverables
  • Self-motivated with a focus on timely, accurate execution
  • Proactive in workflow management and client service alignment
