Job Description

Title: Enterprise Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple business units, overseeing the full project lifecycle from strategy to execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders on project planning, risk management, and change control
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and project portfolios aligned with business goals
  • Guide internal teams and external vendors using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate
  • Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives
  • Conduct status updates, escalate risks appropriately, and maintain strong documentation and reporting processes
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO maturity and standardization initiatives
  • Serve as escalation lead for project intake, governance, and delivery bottlenecks
  • Use Smartsheets, JIRA, and other enterprise tools to manage deliverables, workflows, and stakeholder reporting

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in project and program management within enterprise environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience managing technology and infrastructure projects, including cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum/Kanban, with the ability to adapt hybrid models
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, and other PM tools
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Scrum Master or Agile certification a plus

Preferred Experience

  • Background in banking, insurance, or financial services
  • Prior experience managing teams in a matrixed environment
  • Familiarity with enterprise portfolio governance processes
