What You’ll Do:

Field Leadership

  • Lead all day-to-day site operations with full responsibility for schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination
  • Build and maintain short-term schedules aligned with overall project goals
  • Oversee jobsite productivity and cost performance, making real-time decisions to keep the project on track
  • Drive all jobsite safety standards and protocols with clear communication and accountability
  • Monitor and manage labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Maintain clean and professional documentation of daily activity, issues, and progress

Team & Client Interaction

  • Serve as the go-to site leader for field staff, project managers, trade partners, clients, and inspectors
  • Represent the company on-site with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
  • Proactively solve problems and keep communication flowing between stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor field staff and junior superintendents, fostering a positive and productive jobsite culture

Preferred Background:

  • 8+ years of commercial construction experience with at least 5 in a supervisory role
  • Proven success managing commercial field operations (education, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, safety compliance, and scheduling
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed
