Payroll Manager

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, preferably with a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees using ADP.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of payroll management experience.
  • Proficiency in ADP payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
