Job Summary: We are looking for a Front Office Investment Professional to join our dynamic investment team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real time analysis and strategy implementation across interest rate swaps. Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.
• Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and asset performance to make informed investment decisions.
• Work directly with Portfolio Managers and traders
• Collaborate with research and risk management teams to enhance investment decision-making processes.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors affecting investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in investment management at a high volume hedge fund with rates experience
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset classes.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
