Job Description
Title: Talent Aquisition Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all facets of the campus recruiting cycle and summer associate program
- Schedule interviews, compile feedback, and manage hiring committee logistics
- Organize events, trainings, and social programming for summer associates and first-year associates
- Represent the firm at local campus events and recruitment fairs
- Partner with global recruiting team on firmwide initiatives
- Assist with onboarding, attorney training programs, and CLE logistics
- Support the performance review process by coordinating timelines and communications
- Maintain documentation for internal talent development initiatives
- Collaborate on attorney coaching and career progression programming
- Support local and national onboarding and orientation processes
- Coordinate attorney lifecycle milestones in partnership with global HR teams
- Create reports and presentations related to talent initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and follow up on all logistics tied to training, events, and evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in a law firm or similar professional services environment
- Prior experience supporting attorney or campus recruiting required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with senior attorneys and external candidates
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
