Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven SaaS Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our suite of ATM and security management solutions to banks and credit unions in the mid-west. The ideal candidate has experience selling technology solutions to the financial services sector, understands ATM and branch security challenges, and excels in a consultative sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with banks and credit unions in assigned territories.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations to C-level executives, IT teams, and operations staff.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts, driving deals to closure while meeting or exceeding quota.
- Stay informed about industry trends, ATM regulations, security compliance, and SaaS competitors.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in Salesforce (or similar CRM).
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech, security, or ATM-related industries.
- Experience selling to or working with banks, credit unions, or financial institutions is required.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of ATM servicing, branch security, access control, surveillance, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to work remotely.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events (up to 25%).
