Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Review, interpret, and revise company policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide research-based responses to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Plan and coordinate wellness initiatives and employee engagement events across the firm.
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Maintain and regularly update multiple internal databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JazzHR, LinkedIn, and other relevant business platforms.
  • High level of personal accountability and commitment to ethical and professional standards.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work onsite at least four days per week.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably within a recruiting agency, law firm, or financial services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field.
