Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Review, interpret, and revise company policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide research-based responses to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Plan and coordinate wellness initiatives and employee engagement events across the firm.
- Support ad hoc projects as needed.
- Maintain and regularly update multiple internal databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JazzHR, LinkedIn, and other relevant business platforms.
- High level of personal accountability and commitment to ethical and professional standards.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work onsite at least four days per week.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably within a recruiting agency, law firm, or financial services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field.
