What You'll Do as Materials Management Manager

As the Materials Management Manager, you'll oversee 24/7 operations for central services and materials management, ensuring seamless supply chain functionality across the organization. You'll monitor supply costs, conduct inventory analysis, and collaborate with leadership to identify cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of central services and materials management
• Monitor supply costs and perform inventory cost-benefit analysis
• Support Value Analysis Committees with data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with senior leadership on expense reduction strategies
• Ensure contract compliance for hospital product standardization
• Manage perpetual inventories and PAR supplies through Central Supply
• Evaluate alternatives and make strategic suggestions for inventory operations

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Accounting backgrounds welcomed)
• Management experience in supply chain operations
• Healthcare supply chain experience is a plus
