    A Manhattan-based investment management firm is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. The role is on-site, five days per week, and offers a great opportunity to learn and take on more.

Job Description

Salary: $75-95k

Hours: 8 am – 5:30 pm

Duties:

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support project managers and teams in planning and executing projects.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications among project stakeholders.
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking related to projects.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
