Job Description

Title: Research Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of analysts and research professionals with daily administrative needs including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements (domestic & international)
  • Act as a key liaison with external research providers, sell-side contacts, and corporate stakeholders for meeting coordination and access
  • Track public company earnings calendars and coordinate attendance for relevant calls or roadshows
  • Manage expense reporting and assist with reconciliation of team budgets
  • Prepare research summaries, update tracking reports, and support light data projects as needed
  • Assist with special projects tied to corporate access and event planning
  • Maintain highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide backup administrative support to other members of the team as needed
  • Participate in weekly investment team meetings, including early Monday sessions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-caliber administrative or research support role, preferably in an investment firm (hedge fund, private equity, or family office only)
  • Experience interfacing with corporate access teams or sell-side contacts is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent judgment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with shifting priorities and managing fast-moving requests
  • Professional, articulate, and collaborative mindset—no task too big or small
  • Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential matters

Preferred Attributes:

  • Previous support experience in a research or analyst-facing role
  • Familiarity with public market schedules and earnings processes
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities in a high-expectation setting
