Nurse Manager – Med/Surg Telemetry

Leadership Role | East Dallas Suburbs

Up to $115,000 Base Salary | Modern Facility + Career Advancement

We’re partnering with a respected acute care hospital just east of Dallas, TX, seeking a collaborative, action-oriented nurse leader to oversee their Medical/Surgical-Telemetry unit. ✅ What They’re Looking For

BSN required; MSN preferred

Active Texas RN license or compact eligibility

3–5 years of acute care nursing experience, preferably with leadership responsibility (Charge, Supervisor, Team Lead, etc.)

Background in Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Stepdown care

Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills

Working knowledge of regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission) and quality metrics
