Job Description
Title: Office Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and direct messages to appropriate staff
- Assist with caregiver recruitment efforts, including scheduling and conducting phone screens
- Collect, organize, and scan candidate documents according to an onboarding checklist
- Upload and manage documents within SharePoint and internal filing systems
- Support coordination of in-person interviews, following a standard script
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements
- Provide general administrative support and assist other departments as needed
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Prior experience supporting recruiting or HR strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfort conducting phone screens and following set interview procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists accurately
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
