Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology leader for the New York office, overseeing infrastructure, user support, and operational governance.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable tech strategies.
• Lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, direction, and professional development opportunities.
• Act as a conduit between local operations and global headquarters, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• 20+ years of experience in IT leadership, with a strong background in infrastructure and operations.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of enterprise networks, virtualization, and end-user computing.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex technology ecosystems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Comfortable working across time zones and occasionally outside standard hours.
