Job Description

Role Overview:

We're looking for a tech-savvy support specialist to be the go-to person for resolving IT issues—whether in person, remotely, or at the local office. You'll manage service tickets, ensure quick resolutions, and deliver top-notch customer service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on and remote IT support.
  • Use and improve our knowledge base to solve issues faster.
  • Track and resolve tickets with clear communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with team leads to manage support priorities.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software and maintain workstations.
  • Document fixes and monitor support performance.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in IT support with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Degree preferred; IT certifications a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools, ticketing systems (like ConnectWise), and Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, networks, and remote desktop environments.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
