Role Overview:
We're looking for a tech-savvy support specialist to be the go-to person for resolving IT issues—whether in person, remotely, or at the local office. You'll manage service tickets, ensure quick resolutions, and deliver top-notch customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on and remote IT support.
- Use and improve our knowledge base to solve issues faster.
- Track and resolve tickets with clear communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate with team leads to manage support priorities.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software and maintain workstations.
- Document fixes and monitor support performance.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in IT support with strong problem-solving skills.
- Degree preferred; IT certifications a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft tools, ticketing systems (like ConnectWise), and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with VPNs, networks, and remote desktop environments.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
