A well-established national general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee big-box and retail construction projects across various U.S. locations. This role is crucial in ensuring projects meet quality standards, stay on schedule, and adhere to budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on big-box and retail projects.
