Pay $23-25/hr
Onsite Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations: greet visitors, field calls, and ensure timely client assistance.
- Oversee office and program supply inventory, vendor relations, and promotional item orders.
- Handle financial processing: invoice tracking, vendor payments, expense reconciliation, and MetroCard/phone distribution and reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for site events, meetings, and staff onboarding (supplies, tech setup, food, printed materials).
- Maintain organized office and pantry spaces; monitor and reorder supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of administrative or human services experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish or other languages) strongly preferred.
- Professional, culturally responsive, and comfortable engaging diverse communities.
- Familiarity with supporting individuals with behavioral health needs a plus.
