The Ambulatory Surgery Administrator will be based at this active surgery center featuring 2 Operating Rooms and 1 Procedure room. Multiple specialties are performed including ENT, Orthopedic, and Pain procedures.

Job Responsibilities

The Ambulatory Surgery Administrator is responsible for shaping strategic growth, staff engagement, and clinical outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

·        Lead strategic and operational growth processes

·        Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies

·        Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

·        Lead initiatives to enhance patient safety, quality of care, and patient satisfaction

·        Oversee staffing, budgeting, and performance management
