Title: Post-Closing Specialist

Core Responsibilities

• Validate completeness and compliance of commercial loan closing files
• Track and manage key loan documents: UCC liens, collateral verification, insurance confirmations, recorded deeds
• Use internal systems to log and resolve documentation exceptions
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and borrowers to address missing or incorrect materials
• Organize and upload documents into secure loan file repositories and imaging platforms

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial loan post-closing experience (not consumer mortgage)
• Skilled in documentation tracking, lien perfection filing, and exception resolution
• Strong attention to detail and procedural accuracy
• Effective verbal and written communicator
• High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary coursework preferred)
