Position Summary:

We’re seeking a Project Manager with strong ground-up construction experience to oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. You'll manage subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and client relationships—ensuring high-quality results, delivered on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and logistics plans
  • Oversee subcontractor bidding, selection, contracts, and coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues related to cost, scope, and schedule
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contract requirements
  • Track project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
  • Support project close-out, punch list, and client turnover process

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on ground-up projects
  • Proven ability to lead multi-million dollar jobs from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
