Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Traveling Superintendent with ground-up and/or cannabis facility construction experience to join a dynamic and growing field operations team. In this role, you’ll lead project execution on-site from start to finish—ensuring safety, quality, and schedule alignment while representing the company’s core values with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily on-site construction activities for ground-up or cannabis facility projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and equipment
• Ensure adherence to schedule, scope, and quality expectations
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite, enforcing safety policies and site logistics
• Collaborate with project management and design teams to resolve issues and drive progress
• Track progress, perform daily reporting, and lead site meetings
• Utilize Procore and other construction technology for documentation and communication
• Travel to various project sites and remain on-site for the duration of the build

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial or cannabis facility construction projects
• Strong field management skills and the ability to lead subcontractors effectively
• Familiarity with MEP systems, scheduling, and site coordination
• Proficient in Procore, and comfortable using tech tools to track project progress
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Willingness to travel and work on-site for extended durations
• Experience in design-build environments is a plus
