his role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong experience recruiting in fast-paced environments, preferably with a background in medical, tech, B2B, or service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Directors and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Source, attract, and engage candidates through a mix of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, career fairs, and direct outreach.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
  • Utilize compelling job postings and candidate messaging that align with the company brand and values.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales candidates in existing and expansion markets.
  • Drive urgency in hiring while maintaining a focus on quality, cultural fit, and long-term retention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment dashboards.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to continuously refine sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting sales professionals in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Experience recruiting for medical, healthcare, logistics, or industrial service sectors preferred.
  • Proven ability to source and close candidates for field sales, account management, or business development roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams.
