Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in preparation for upcoming audits. This is a critical administrative role focused on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee records and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, review, and maintain physical and digital personnel files to ensure compliance with audit standards.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into HR systems and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with document scanning, labeling, and archiving.
  • Provide phone support, including answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in employee records.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth HR operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience with meticulous filing and document management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data entry.
