Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in preparation for upcoming audits. This is a critical administrative role focused on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee records and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, review, and maintain physical and digital personnel files to ensure compliance with audit standards.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into HR systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist with document scanning, labeling, and archiving.
