🩺 What You’ll Do

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor vital signs and adjust life-support systems as needed
• Educate patients and families about treatment and recovery
• Administer medications and document care in EMRs
• Maintain readiness for stroke, trauma, and cardiovascular events

✅ What You’ll Need

• Active FL RN license or compact license with FL endorsement within 60 days
• ICU experience required (MICU, SICU, or CSU strongly preferred)
• ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
