ASC Administrator

A well-established, high-performing ambulatory surgery center just outside of Charlotte is seeking an experienced ASC Administrator (RN required) to take the reins as the current leader prepares for retirement.

This 4-OR, no procedure room facility handles 500+ cases per month across a wide range of specialties—general surgery, orthopedics, dental, plastics, ENT, and urology. The team includes 28 active physicians and a reliable, mostly fully staffed workforce with low turnover and a strong clinical culture.

We’re looking for a seasoned RN leader with multispecialty ASC experience—someone who can step into a stable operation, navigate change thoughtfully, and help take the center to the next level. Plans are in motion to launch a total joint program, and the incoming administrator will play a key role in that initiative.
