    An Investment Management firm based in Midtown is seeking a temporary Office Coordinator to join their team. The role is on-site, five days per week, and will be a minimum of a one-year contract.

Job Description

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm

On-site 5 days per week

Hourly pay rate: $30-32/hr

Job Summary:

The Office Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting the staff. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related queries and concerns.
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with building management.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of company events and activities.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meeting rooms.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
