What We’re Looking For

• A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 3+ years of progressive leadership in surgical services
• Someone who leads by example, builds trust, and brings a team-first mindset to the OR
• Comfortable overseeing clinical operations, staffing, and strategic growth—but above all, passionate about patient care

Offer Includes

• Salary Range: $83,500 – $112,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500
