About the Role

Our client in the Education space is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR Business Partner. You'll assist with HR operations, employee relations, data management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Opportunity to work on a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week on-site in Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, internal moves, exits)
  • Assist with employee relations, investigations, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate employee data and reporting in Workday
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on policies
  • Coordinate check-ins and exit interviews, summarizing key insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant experience
  • 1–3 years in HR, operations, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems a plus
