About the Role
Our client in the Education space is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR Business Partner. You'll assist with HR operations, employee relations, data management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Opportunity to work on a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week on-site in Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, internal moves, exits)
- Assist with employee relations, investigations, and compliance
- Maintain accurate employee data and reporting in Workday
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on policies
- Coordinate check-ins and exit interviews, summarizing key insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant experience
- 1–3 years in HR, operations, or administrative roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with Workday or other HR systems a plus
