Job Description

Our client in the nonprofit space is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant in the New York metro area for a mostly remote position. The role pays up to $60K annually.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal/external meetings, including board meetings.
  • Serve as liaison between the Executive Director and stakeholders.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain and update donor records in Neon CRM.
  • Generate donor and fundraising reports for board and development use.
  • Ensure data accuracy across platforms and support donor communications.

Bookkeeping & Finance

  • Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Support expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Assist with audits, invoicing, and employee reimbursements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative experience (nonprofit experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Neon) and bookkeeping software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Discreet and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
