Job Description
Our client in the nonprofit space is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant in the New York metro area for a mostly remote position. The role pays up to $60K annually.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for internal/external meetings, including board meetings.
- Serve as liaison between the Executive Director and stakeholders.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update donor records in Neon CRM.
- Generate donor and fundraising reports for board and development use.
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms and support donor communications.
Bookkeeping & Finance
- Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks.
- Support expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Assist with audits, invoicing, and employee reimbursements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience (nonprofit experience preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Neon) and bookkeeping software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Discreet and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
