Great opportunity to lead a marketing team with an established growing construction firm in the heart of Texas.

Job Description

We’re working with a growing construction management firm that’s hiring a dynamic Marketing Leader to head up its regional marketing operations in Texas. This is a high-visibility role focused on strategic pursuit work, branding, content development, and team leadership — all with the goal of helping the firm win more work and deepen client relationships.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership and business development to shape messaging, elevate proposal and presentation materials, and drive the execution of internal and client-facing events. If you’re passionate about storytelling, visual communication, and proposal strategy within the AEC space, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development of proposals, pitch decks, and branded content for client pursuits
  • Partner with business development and executive leadership on marketing strategy and client engagement plans
  • Manage a small team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and direction
  • Coordinate internal and external events across the region
  • Maintain project data, resumes, and visuals for streamlined proposal development
  • Ensure all marketing output meets brand standards while constantly looking for ways to improve quality and creativity
  • Collaborate with other regional marketing teams to align strategy and share best practices

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) industry
  • Deep understanding of RFP/RFQ development and pursuit strategy
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area or open to relocation
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required
