Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-user support team and computing devices across the organization.
- Oversee office infrastructure and network systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Administer and optimize end-user productivity tools and enterprise systems.
- Drive cross-functional IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Own IT operations, including issue tracking, resolution management, and roadmap development.
- Evaluate and improve IT tools, processes, and controls for cost-effectiveness and business alignment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategy with organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the IT team.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in IT operations, with a proven track record in leadership and project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong background in infrastructure, support, and cloud operations (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience working with development, information security, and DevOps teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead support and infrastructure projects with a continuous improvement mindset.
