Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a member of the C-Suite and 4 VPs and SVPs in their office in downtown Manhattan. The position is 5 days on-site. The salary range is 100K-120K plus a bonus and benefits package. Candidates must have experience supporting multiple executives and PowerPoint skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support for executives and team.
- Handle complex, changing calendars, scheduling in-person and virtual meetings, book physical conference rooms, and set up virtual meeting rooms
- Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, book car services & hotels, manage visas and Covid requirements for travel
- Prepare meeting materials in advance, ship marketing materials ahead of time for meetings
- Take meeting minutes as requested
- Create and edit documents, reports, presentations, and marketing files as needed
- Support other assistants and executives as needed
Requirements:
- BA degree preferred
- 5+ years of a high paced administrative experience supporting 4-5+ Executives
- Experience in Financial Services is a plus
- Must maintain confidentiality, have fantastic organizational skills, be a team player and take initiative
- Willing to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
