    One month temporary assignment supporting a finance firm in Midtown Manhattan with facilities and office management duties. Pay $24/hr. Prior experience in a similar role is required.

Job Description

Duties: 

  • Support employee requests alongside the maintenance team
  • Ensure coffee and pantry is fully stocked each morning
  • Working with the mail center to handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate with contractors and property management to repair defects and malfunctions. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent customer service skills – must enjoy working with others  
  • Strong computer skills including Word and Excel 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role
