🔍 Key Qualifications
- 🎓 Degree from an accredited nursing program (Master’s degree preferred)
- 🧾 Active Minnesota RN license
- ❤️ American Heart Association BLS certification
- 🏥 Minimum 4 years in an acute care supervisory role (Manager, Director, or Executive)
- 🏔️ Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
