Role Overview

As Nurse Administrative Director of Perioperative Services, you will oversee the full surgical continuum—through OR suites (including CVORs), Pre‑Op, PACU, anesthesia coordination, and sterile processing. You’ll elevate quality, drive strategy, and lead a dynamic team within a high-tech surgical environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee clinical flow across Pre‑Op, OR, PACU, and recovery to ensure safe, efficient care
  • Champion evidence-based protocols, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness
  • Mentor and manage approximately 60–70 FTEs, including nurse coordinators and lead technologists
  • Oversee departmental budget, staffing plans, and KPI tracking
  • Support surgical growth and recruitment—especially for robotic and specialty surgery
  • Lead continuous improvement and ensure alignment with performance benchmarks

Who You Are 🌱

  • RN
  • BSN or MSN, bonus points for CNOR or CSSM certification preferred
  • At least three years in perioperative or surgical services leadership
  • Skilled in OR team management, optimizing workflow, and strategic execution
  • Experienced in advanced surgical settings—including robotics and high-acuity care
