🔍 What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on leadership and management for the emergency department’s clinical and operational functions.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including core measures and quality indicators.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes staff retention and professional growth.
• Partner with physicians, directors, and other stakeholders to enhance care delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives to achieve departmental and hospital-wide goals.

📚 What You Bring

✅ RN license in the State of Texas (or compact state)

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred

✅ 2+ years of leadership experience in an emergency department within an acute care setting

✅ Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications required

✅ Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and improve clinical performance

✅ Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
