Responsibilities
- Deliver all levels of cardiopulmonary care—routine to advanced—to diverse patient populations, from newborns to seniors.
- Perform diagnostic procedures and administer respiratory treatments across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
- Respond to high-risk deliveries and neonatal emergencies with confidence and clinical skill.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure exceptional outcomes and patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support respiratory protocols using EPIC (preferred).
- Serve as a key clinical resource on night shift, working independently while backed by a supportive team.
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (NRP can be obtained upon hire)
- At least 2 years of well-rounded experience with varied patient acuity
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) strongly preferred
- Experience with high-risk deliveries and neonatal care highly desirable
- EPIC experience and Spanish language skills are a plus
- Equivalent combinations of experience and education will be considered
