Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all levels of cardiopulmonary care—routine to advanced—to diverse patient populations, from newborns to seniors.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures and administer respiratory treatments across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.
  • Respond to high-risk deliveries and neonatal emergencies with confidence and clinical skill.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure exceptional outcomes and patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support respiratory protocols using EPIC (preferred).
  • Serve as a key clinical resource on night shift, working independently while backed by a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • Current unrestricted license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (NRP can be obtained upon hire)
  • At least 2 years of well-rounded experience with varied patient acuity
  • NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) strongly preferred
  • Experience with high-risk deliveries and neonatal care highly desirable
  • EPIC experience and Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Equivalent combinations of experience and education will be considered
