Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, scopes of work, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Lead project teams, fostering growth and development among team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of safety across projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through integrity and stewardship.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management; 25 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing industrial, commercial, healthcare, and entertainment projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow and mentor teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills within a collaborative environment.
