Job Description

Overview

  • Join a dynamic investment firm as Vice President in Client Onboarding SMA.
  • Drive impactful client operations and onboarding processes for institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Utilize proprietary systems and tools to deliver high-quality client services.
  • Contribute to the firm's culture of collaboration, transparency, and innovation.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days in the office at Greenwich.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage onboarding events such as launches, terminations, and strategy changes.
  • Coordinate communication and track milestones to meet client expectations.
  • Handle client and internal inquiries independently with professionalism.
  • Complete documentation for account openings and related events.
  • Lead internal and client meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Collaborate with brokers, custodians, and service providers for smooth operations.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize proprietary systems and tools to manage tasks effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 6–8 years of experience in client onboarding within financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Equities and Derivatives products.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Familiarity with RIAs, hedge funds, and client operations processes.
