Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with active RN licensure.
- Minimum 3 years of surgical leadership experience; 5 years preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle challenging physician personalities.
- Experience in change management and staff relationship building.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
- Ability to oversee financial operations and implement growth strategies.
- Leadership experience in quality improvement and clinical excellence programs.
