Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; ADN enrolled in BSN considered.
- Florida RN licensure required; BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire.
- Minimum 3 years of acute care leadership experience in critical care.
- Preferred 5 years of leadership experience in critical care settings.
- Experience managing interdisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and operational expenses.
