Overview

  • Join a dynamic organization as a Business Systems Analyst focusing on Workday Adaptive Planning and FP&A processes.
  • Support transformative initiatives involving Workday implementation and stabilization efforts, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions, enhancing organizational efficiency.
  • Contribute to security optimization, system performance improvements, and configuration resolutions.
  • Administer Adaptive Planning, including configuration, maintenance, data integration, and user setup.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Participate in auditing procedures to maintain data integrity and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to organizational growth by fostering seamless transitions and delivering impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure robust solutions delivery.
  • Resolve security concerns and optimize system performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership updates.
  • Administer Adaptive Planning, managing configurations, data loads, integrations, and user setups.
  • Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for actionable insights.
  • Develop auditing procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
  • Coordinate testing and deployment of Workday’s biannual feature releases with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst; 4 years preferred.
  • Hands-on experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning and developing test plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to execute solutions under pressure.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving business results and driving improvements.
  • Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
