Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide executive administrative support to attorneys, managing complex calendars and preparing legal documents.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, expense reconciliations, and reimbursement requests with precision and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary administrative professional, handling phone calls, mail, and document preparation.
  • Liaise with building management and vendors, ensuring smooth office operations and maintenance.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, IT setup, and office space preparation for new hires.
  • Contribute to emergency response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning efforts.
  • Collaborate on firm events, programs, and projects, supporting the overall administrative team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with at least four years of administrative experience in a law firm or similar environment preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with top-notch spelling and grammar abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sensitivity to private matters.
